What is your refund policy?

We’re confident you’ll enjoy our LumiCalm solutions, but if they don’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the delivery date to open and try it. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund.

Just send an email to the Truvani team at hello@lumicalm.com with "REFUND REQUEST" in the subject line, and we’ll guide you through the process.

PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee is only valid for first-time purchases of each specific product and is limited to one of each item per customer.

How long does shipping take?

We strive to ensure your products reach you safely and promptly. However, once we hand your package to our shipping partners, it is beyond our control. Please be aware that while we always aim for quick delivery [we ship from the US], certain factors may cause delays.

Typically, orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

Orders within the US generally take 3-7 business days to arrive

Are your products FDA-approved?

Our products are dietary supplements, not medications, so FDA approval is not required.

However, all our products are made in FDA-registered facilities in the USA and adhere to strict quality control standards.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please inform us about the damage, and we'll send you a replacement. If one of your bottles is damaged, we recommend disposing of the capsules as a precaution.

How can I track my order?

We will email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships.

You can then monitor the progress of your shipment.

What do I do if my order got lost?

If the tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you can't find it, check with a neighbor or around your mailbox. If it’s still missing, contact us, and we’ll assist you right away.
